This is a reminder that the Hillingdon Vaccination UK Team will be visiting the school on Thursday 12th February 2026 to deliver the Diphtheria, Tetanus and Polio (DTP) and Meningitis ACWY vaccinations to Year 9 students.

If you have not already done so, please record your consent decision by following the link below or by using the link on the information sheet previously shared. This step must be completed regardless of whether you consent or decline the vaccinations.

Please note that the school does not have access to the Vaccination UK system and is unable to submit consent on behalf of families.
