We welcome applications from all Parents and Carers who would like to send their child to our school.

ADMISSIONS FOR YEAR 7 SEPTEMBER 2026 AND OPEN EVENING/OPEN MORNINGS

This year's Open Evening will take place on Thursday 18th September 2025, from 5:00pm until 8:00pm. Headteacher's presentations will take place at 5:15pm, 6:00pm and 7:00pm. 

Open Mornings are Tuesday 23rd September and Tuesday 30th September 2025 - start at 8.45am - finishes at 10.45am.  In order to begin the applications process, please refer to the information below. 

Supplementary Information Forms together with Certificate of Catholic Practice must be received at The Douay Martyrs Catholic Secondary School by the deadline of 31st October 2025.

PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU HAVE A CHILD ALREADY ATTENDING THE DOUAY MARTYRS CATHOLIC SECONDARY SCHOOL, YOU STILL NEED TO COMPLETE A SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION FORM.

Forms for the Supplementary Information Form -  (SIF 2026/2027) -and Certificate of Catholic Practice will be attached in September, to be returned to The Douay Martyrs Catholic Secondary School and not The London Borough of Hillingdon.

The closing date for on-line applications to the London Borough of Hillingdon have until midnight on 31st October 2025.

Paper applications must be with The Civic Centre by 5pm on 31st October 2025.

YEAR 7 OFFER DAY - MONDAY 2ND MARCH 2026 

All new year 7 students are asked to come along to an Induction Day in July as preparation for their admission in September. This enables them to get a feel for the school, to meet their form tutor and to get to know other members of their tutor group. In addition, we organise a new parents’ evening which provides them with a similar opportunity to speak to their child’s tutor and ask any questions.
