Recently a selected bunch of our hardworking school ambassadors, accompanied by Miss Brazier and Miss Meade, had the honour of going to an event called We Day. We Day is  a day jam-packed with excitement, inspiration and the motivation to make a difference in our communities, homes and schools. Schools from all over Britain gathered to celebrate all of our achievements as Ambassadors and as students. It is the kind of event where your ticket cannot be bought, but instead must be earned. Because of the great work done by our school’s ambassadors we were rewarded with 14 tickets. Throughout the day there was never a dull moment; appearances from singers such as Jessie J and Conor Maynard, also stimulating speeches and works of encouragement from speakers such as Paula Abdul and a former refugee Muzoon Al-Mellehan and many many more. Older students from many different schools even went the extra mile and volunteered to do some charity work in India for year clearly proving that a small change can make a big difference. As the day came to an end our school’s ambassadors were filled with ideas and were driven to want to tackle more problems within our school
